The Cuban Mojito is one of the most famous Caribbean exports worldwide, and for a good reason. Delicious, refreshing, and reliant on top-quality ingredients, the cocktail also has a special place in history with the famous pirate Sir Richard Drake, who resided on our property in 1586.

The legend goes that on his way to Cartagena, Sir Drake’s cousin crafted the mythical drink to calm nerves and frustrations in the voyage. This drink eventually became the Mojito, a perfect marriage of sugar cane, mint and legend.
